You MUST contact ClinDocDistribution@islandhealth.ca regarding delivery of your Island Health ordered test results and documentation when you leave Island Health (e.g. retire, relinquish Island Health privileges).

If you are planning on taking a leave from your rural practice, please also email Rural Programs’ Liaison, MedStaffDevelopment@islandhealth.ca to ensure your information is accurate for the Annual Physician Count, impacting rural funding.
