Confidential Information Management Training (1hr)

As healthcare workers, we are tasked with the duty of protecting confidential information every day. Expansion into electronic health records can make this more complex, placing patient information at much greater risk.

Violence Prevention (1.5hrs)

Working in what can be very stressful and high pressure environments, it is essential that all medical staff are prepared and feel capable of managing when faced with a potentially violent individual. Healthcare workers are disproportionately impacted by violence in the workplace, which causes undue strain on our workforce.

This online course is required for all medical staff in British Columbia. May 2022, the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) required health authorities to implement provincial violence prevention training for medical staff.
