Thank you to everyone for contributing your valuable time, honest opinions and thoughtful suggestions in this year's Employee Engagement Survey. Overall we received completed
surveys from just over 11,000 employees (48%), which is a really good response rate.
This level of feedback will give us excellent data for identifying opportunities, planning next steps, and providing a baseline to build upon and measure our progress in the years ahead.
WHAT COMES NEXT
EPSI, who is Island Health's contracted partner is now analyzing the data and creating aggregate reports at the organization and team level where five or more employees have responded.
Our intent is to share the team results with leaders directly, and the organization-wide report with all employees in January. In the interim, if you have any questions about the Employee Engagement survey, please email: lad@islandhealth.ca.
I would like to thank the Workplace Culture Council for their support and input around meaningful engagement – and acknowledge everyone who worked hard on this project to ensure we could reach as many people as possible. And finally, I offer my thanks to all of you for your generous time and participation. Together we will make positive changes that shape our workplace.
