Each Module contains a set of videos and an Action Period Guide. While you can do these in any order, we recommend following our “playlist” below and then completing the Action Period Guide activities with your team members.

Required Activities:
As a team, take some time to reflect on your key takeaways from the Action Series. Think about what you can do moving forward to continue promoting a “Good Call” culture and how you can spread it within your sphere of influence.
Complete and share the Module 5 Final Team Activity Update with your broader team and send a copy to PQI@islandhealth.ca.
Celebrate! You are creating a positive work culture and "being the change" we all want to see and that deserves to be recognized.
Recommended Activities:
- Revisit the Good Call Action Series Process Map for a Basic Call with Change Ideas and Tools and choose another idea you'd like to test using the Change Form from Modules 3 and 4
- Explore opportunities to support future improvement ideas (e.g. Facility Engagement funding through your local Medical Staff Association)
- Promote the Good Call Action Series to colleagues and friends
- Plan how to incorporate “Good Call” during orientation/onboarding new staff or when you are working with students and other learners
