Island Health’s own Dr. Bruce Campana created a musical tribute to thank our Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry. With the support of his wife Darlene, an ER nurse, his sons and their friends, Bruce sang a heartfelt tribute over the music of the Beach Boys. CTV News Vancouver Island spoke with Bruce and Darlene to get the story behind the masterpiece. Bruce created the video for a valedictorian address to his UBC business course. While “on set” he decided to sing the tribute to Dr. Henry.
