With flu season in full swing, please remember to report your flu shot status. All medical staff (physicians, dentists, midwives and nurse practitioners) can visit this website to report their choice, whether you received the vaccine, are not working during the influenza season or have declined the vaccine and committed to wear a mask in patient care areas.
Medical staff who are unable to report online can email your choice and any immunization details including your name, date of immunization, provider and vaccine received to MedicalStaffFlu@viha.ca
