Medical Staff, Nurses, Paramedics and Residents Are Invited to the 2019 Vancouver Island Emergency and Critical Care Conference

The 2019 Vancouver Island Emergency and Critical Care Conference is being held June 1 and 2 in Parksville BC. The accredited conference is hosted by UBC’s Faculty of Medicine and Island Health. Open to emergency physicians, family physicians, critical care physicians, nurses, paramedics, residents and medical students, this conference will provide updates on a variety of topics.

Participants can look forward to rapid-fire presentations (ten minutes each) packed with practical info, followed by five minute intervals consisting of a video or live presentation that will keep you amused, informed, and sometimes surprised! Great speakers, great food, non-stop entertainment, a Mobile Medical Unit, and a professional photographer!

APLS, ACLS and EPICC courses are also being held that weekend. For more information please visit the conference website.
