Full-time or part-time positions available to join a growing network of team based primary care centres on the Saanich Peninsula. Our organization currently has a group of 15 family physicians who work out of two clinics (Sidney and Brentwood Bay). Each has their own patients, provides team coverage as required, supports the local Saanich Peninsula Hospital (admits for attached & unattached patients). Additionally a doctor can choose to participate in ER, palliative or extended care or in community health care such as Saanich Peninsula Youth Clinic or residential care initiatives.
We offer flexible hours, support of locums for coverage during hospital weeks or time away. The clinics use MedAccess and have a team of professional Office Managers, MOA and Billing professionals to support your work.
Shoreline Medical clinics are owned and operated by a charitable not for profit called Shoreline Medical Society. It is a new approach. The Shoreline Medical Society board consists of physicians and community members working together to try and address the shortage of family physicians in our community.
Newly renovated and custom built clinics provide an excellent work environment and improved patient experience. We are constantly looking for ways to innovate, improve and use technology advancements to provide exceptional patient care while maintaining and improving the health and well-being of our health care providers.
