Mill Bay Medical Centre is seeking a full-time Family Physician. Mill Bay Medical Centre is full service family medicine clinic with a diverse patient panel ranging from newborns to centurians. The clinic sees plenty of chronic disease management patients and a couple dozen complex care/frail patients. The clinic is a collegial group with 5 other family physicians and a full-time nurse practitioner, each having two exam rooms, and sharing a treatment room equipped for excisions, suturing, and dressing changes. Additionally, a Pediatrician works out of clinic once/week.

Opportunities to take on med students/residents, and provide maternity care, but not mandatory.

Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)

Flat fee: $6,373.80
Fee Premium: 4.2%
CME: $2,200 annum year 3-4 and $4,400 annum after 4 years in the community
