BETA Therapeutics is looking for new or established Family Physicians to join our team of healthcare professionals. One of the first of its kind in British Columbia, BETA Therapeutics is working to offer the community it serves a truly integrated healthcare model of primary care and complementary care. Our team will include Family Physicians, nursing staff, mental health specialists, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, occupational therapy, registered massage therapy, certified athletic therapy and other key components to offering longitudinal, patient centred care.

What we offer

• 0.2 FTE - 0.6 PTE positions available (inquire for available FTE positions if interested)
• Panel Size: variable 
• Remuneration: Fee-For-Service - clinic will also support a PCN service contract and is approved to do so

• Clinic open 7 days/ week - with flexibility for preferences in candidates shifts/holidays
• Newly constructed clinic optimized for physician workflow and practice efficiency
• Full-time MOA support (bookings, billings etc.)
• 1-2 exam rooms (with windows) per physician plus a treatment/procedure room, nurses station, dictation room, practitioner lunch room/lounge)
• Dedicated computers for physician use with high speed internet and Telus Health CHR EMR (training available)
• Pharmacy and Lab in close proximity to clinic
• Centrally located clinic serving a wide range of patients in Greater Victoria and the South Island
