Part-time family practice opportunity in the View Royal area of Victoria.

Ideal candidate:
• Dedicated, hard-working and collaborative physicians
• Ability to work as a team with Nursing, NP and Allied health in a non-hierarchical manner essential
• Open to early, mid or late career stage applicants
• Open to physicians currently practicing as FPs, ERPs or Hospitalists, but hospital-based applicants
must have recent community practice experience per CPSBC guidelines
• We value quality of care over speed/efficiency (but some of both is nice)
• Shared philosophy of trauma-informed, culturally-safe care essential
• Either interest in or experience with mental health/addictions strongly preferred
• Experience in hospitalist, rural or ER would also be considered assets but not required
• Interest in innovation in primary care also highly valued
• Must have license/own vehicle
