May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:  Recruitment Incentive - $20,000; Fee Premium – 23.38%; Annual Flat Fee - $23,506.92; Rural CME starting at $1,320/annum for 2 years or less in community, increasing to a maximum of $5,720 after 4 years.  Rural GP Locum Program provides $900/day to locum physician with 43 days/annum locum coverage to resident physician.

Clinic hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat (same-day appointment clinics shared by group)
Fee for Service - Annual projected earnings: $300,000±, Medical On-Call Availability Program (MOCAP) Level 1 On-Call ($225,000 per annum for call group); and Rural Emergency Enhancement Fund (REEF) ($200,000) shared by group
Education, Training and Experience

• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Mandatory
• Emergency Experience – Desired
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) - Desired
