Three Cedars MD seeks a Family Physician to work with a team of Family Doctors and other health providers to collectively deliver care to patients in the Sidney and Saanich area.

Three Cedars MD is a Family Practice Clinic with additional integrated health care professionals.  It offers team-based care, a commitment to flexibility and balanced lifestyle for doctors, a passion for Quality Improvement, and a diverse rural type practice.  The clinic is minutes from an urban centre, and there are opportunities to work at the nearby Saanich Peninsula Hospital for in-patient care, ER, extended or palliative care, and OR assist.  

In this service contract position the Family Physician will participate as a member of an inter-professional team that will include other FPs, medical office assistants, registered nurses, social workers and behavioral health consultants.

The Family Physician will participate in an after-hours call group (approx 1 week in 5, decreasing as other practices join the network), sharing after-hours coverage with other physicians, at the clinic and its network of associated clinics.
