The Department of Psychiatry, Division of Geriatric Psychiatry with the Vancouver Island Health Authority (Island Health) is seeking a General Practitioner who is interested in joining the Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) program working through the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH). The GP would work in conjunction with the Geriatric Psychiatry specialists to complete psychogeriatric assessments, including treatment and support recommendations to primary care services.
Eligible applicants will hold or be eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.
