Island Health Clinical Associate Program

The Resident Clinical Associate role allows eligible postgraduate residents to provide supervised, supplementary clinical services that extend beyond their required residency training.

All Clinical Associates must work under the supervision of a Most Responsible Physician (MRP) and are authorized to provide only in-person clinical services; participation in on-call duties or Telehealth services is not permitted.

For more information on the Resident Clinical Associate position, as well as the application process, please refer to the CPSBC Postgraduate Resident Page
