The Rural Physician Research Grant Program aims to empower rural physician researchers— especially new aspiring researchers—to pursue innovative rural research and knowledge translation projects that contribute to advancing rural health in BC.
- The program is funded by the Rural Coordination Centre of BC.
- Awards of up to $10,000 are available for 1-year projects.
- To be eligible, applicants must be a BC physician with experience practicing rural medicine and with demonstrable extensive connections to rural communities.
- The research must pertain to health in rural BC.
