The onboarding team is excited to announce a new learning initiative aimed at enhancing the Pathway to C.A.R.E. Onboarding Program. Starting this month, we're introducing an article series that will delve into key aspects of onboarding for leaders, peer ambassadors, and new employees.
Our series will cover a variety of topics essential to successful onboarding, from mastering virtual onboarding to organizing cohorts for new hires. Each article will offer insights and practical tips to ensure that new hires feel confident, leaders feel empowered, and teams feel aligned right from the start.
