We are celebrating our one month milestone for MARS and Smart Leave! The MARS and Smart Leave Go Live was a “soft launch" which allowed employees the ability to still submit leave requests via original methods of PDF, fax, email, etc. As we approach 45 days of adopting the new changes, effective July 11, 2022 Scheduling Services will no longer be accepting leave requests outside of MySchedule. The only exceptions are for forms that are not in MySchedule yet.
- Shift Swap, Union Leave, Special Leave, Workload Requests, etc.
Deadline Approaching:
Please use MARS and Smart Leave only to submit your leave requests, as effective July 11, 2022 we will have fully transitioned to the on-line process in MySchedule and any leave requests that are online, will not be accepted by fax / email (PDF).
Please Login to MySchedule and submit your leave request on-line.
All scheduling forms are listed on our intranet site at: https://intranet.islandhealth.ca/departments/staffing/Pages/scheduling-forms.aspx
Please look for the
icon to indicate the form has been moved to the on-line MySchedule environment for completion. Not all forms are available on-line yet. For these forms (without the butterfly i.e., shift swaps, special leave, union leave, or vacation change forms) please fill out the form found on the intranet forms page and submit by fax or email through the fax / email process.
