Dear Colleagues,
As you are aware, IHealth activation occurs at RJH on June 8, 2024. The VGH/Gorge Road Hospital and SI Surgical Centre activation has been rescheduled to September 14, 2024. Therefore, we have a few updates on education and readiness to share.
- For those of you who practice only at VGH, it has been advised that you attend IHealth classes that you been already registered for.
- We will be providing skill sharpeners or refresher sessions for physicians at VGH at the end of August and into the first week in September for those who wish to attend.
- If you choose to defer your education sessions, please contact IHealthEducation@islandhealth.ca so that they can rebook the appropriate education sessions closer to September 14, 2024.
- For those of you who are getting ready for the RJH activation on June 8, 2024, please find below a readiness checklist to guide you in completing preparatory steps before the activation.
