CDH Medical staff invited to complete IHealth survey on readiness for change

Dear Colleague,

As you know, we are preparing for the full activation of electronic clinical documentation at Cowichan District Hospital on September 26, 2022.

As part of our readiness assessment processes, we would ask that you complete this 90-day pre go-live survey which will help inform the activities and steps we take prior to go-live. Another survey will be circulated the week of August 22, 2022 as a final check-in.

This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. It is a valuable step in assessing our readiness to proceed with the clinical documentation rollout as planned, therefore your response is greatly appreciated. The survey is live now, and will stay open until June 30, 2022.

Thanks to all of you who have taken the time to learn about the coming change, engage in conversations with each other, and bring your thoughtful questions forward. We appreciate any assistance you can offer in spreading the word about this survey.

Sincerely,

Dr. Graham Blackburn, Interim Site Medical Director

Dr. Maki Ikemura, Interim Chief of Staff

Dr. Ryan Gallagher, CDH IHealth Physician Site Lead
